A LITTLE INTENTION GOES A LONG WAY
The things you do every day shape the life you live.
Give them a little space.
01 / THE IDEA
Reading a few pages. Moving a little more. Making time to rest. Notch brings your habits into focus, without turning your day into a dashboard.
Set a goal that feels like yours. Check in when you can. See the pattern take shape.
02 / SMALL ACTIONS
Your days aren’t all the same. Your habit tracker should make room for that.
Notch’s colours tell the full story: a goal met, a little extra, a day missed, or a day you haven’t logged.
Make it personalA moment away from the noise.
Try the slider. This is an example; it won’t change your habits.
ON YOUR DAYS
Every day
03 / YOUR OWN RHYTHM
Choose your days, your goal, and the way you track it. Start with a familiar habit, or make one entirely your own.
Even sleep has its own rhythm. Set a comfortable range instead of chasing a bigger number.
Flexible schedules. Thoughtful details.04 / A LITTLE PERSPECTIVE
A day is a dot. A few weeks become a pattern.
Give yourself the space to see it.

A FEW LITTLE DETAILS
Notch is being built for iPhone. It isn’t on the App Store yet. This website is a first look at the experience; the download link will be added when it launches.
Yes. Choose a starting point like reading, movement, water, or sleep, or create your own habit. You can customise goals, units, and the days you want to practise.
Gray means not logged, red means missed, outlined green means partial progress, dark green means your goal is met, and light green means you went beyond it. Sleep is measured against your chosen range, so more isn’t automatically better.
In the current iPhone preview, your habit history is saved on your device. Accounts are being added, but habit cloud sync isn’t available yet. You can export your check-ins from the app.
No. The example above stays in this page’s memory and resets when you reload. It doesn’t create an account, save personal history, or send the example check-ins anywhere.

A LITTLE, EVERY DAY.
Made for the habits that matter to you.
